OFFICIAL LIFECYCLE & UPGRADE NOTICE

OA Series (868 & 915 MHz) 2027 Generation Upgrade & Transition Notice

FT-RF announces the planned generational transition for the OA Series (Multi-Band & Specialty Omni Antennas), with primary volume centered around our flagship 868 MHz and 915 MHz LoRa/ISM product lines. The entire series is being advanced toward the newly engineered 2027 Generation Version.

The 2027 revision is designed to introduce five structural engineering overhauls: improved gain precision, standardized symmetrical radiation patterns with peak gain targeted at 90° & 270°, enhanced high/low temperature potting resin sealing, compact packaging dimensions, and comprehensive ESG green manufacturing compliance.

*Pre-production evaluation sampling is expected to be active through late 2026, with official commercial rollout currently scheduled for early 2027. Legacy versions are planned to be phased out toward mid-2027, after which FT-RF intends to primarily manufacture and supply the 2027 Edition.

📐 2027 Generation: Symmetrical Elevation Pattern (Design Target)

Unlike market alternatives and legacy architectures that may suffer from upward or downward beam distortion, the 2027 Generation redesign is intended to establish improved vertical pattern symmetry. Radiation peak is targeted to be centered around 90° and 270° horizontal planes to project RF energy across the horizon while minimizing elevation tilt.

✔ Improved Vertical Symmetry ✔ Targeted Peak at 90° & 270° ✔ Reduced Beam-Tilt Loss ✔ Suppressed Elevation Nulls

Engineering Pillar 2027 Generation Specification Overhaul
1. Gain Accuracy Calibrated internal radiating elements are designed to ensure measured gain closely matches nominal ratings with improved batch consistency.
2. Radiation Pattern Architecture Series architectural overhaul intended to reduce asymmetrical beam tilt and elevation nulls. Targets improved vertical symmetry with peak radiation intensity aligned around 90° and 270° horizontal planes.
3. Waterproofing & Thermal Limits Modified chemical potting resin compound and reinforced connector sealing gaskets, developed for extreme high-to-low industrial temperature cycles.
4. Packaging & Volume Streamlined carton engineering expected to decrease packaging volume, storage footprint, and international freight overhead.
5. ESG Waste Reduction Planned removal of black PVC exterior shrink wrap, replacement of internal plastic EVA cushioning with molded recyclable paper buffers, and transition of top caps to non-electroplated finishing.
