How to inquiry
  1. Inquiry from the website: Please make an inquiry from the website by clicking to Inquiry button on the Product Page, or Contact us button
  2. Inquiry from email:  The customer can send email to FT-RF email: info-tw@ft168.com.tw
  3. Your message will be submitted to the FT-RF Sales Department. We will respond within 24 hours after receiving your message (except Saturday and Sunday)
  4. If you are a new customer, you must complete a New Customer Form and email it to us so that we may create your information.

Payment Policy
  • Incoterms: EXW (100% before shipping)
  • Bank Transfer 
  • Visa and Mastercard are accepted. (We do not accept Pay Pal)
Shipping Policy
  • Customers can use their own shipping provider or we can recommend one.

  • Customers will be charged a shipping fee if shipping through FT-RF logistics accounts DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

  • Customer Logistics accounts such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.. Please supply us with your Logistics account in advance.
